INTRODUCTION TO CONTEMPARARY AYURVEDA

I know many would have heard the word ayurveda but still donot have a good idea of what it is all about and may have many misconceptions about the science ,which is much older than any prevailing medical system currently practised world over.
my aim is to correct those misconceptions and give a good idea of contemporary ayurveda ,and in the process shed light on 5000 year old history of ayurveda and the fields in which ayurveda has a upper hand over other medical systems widely practised world over.i would also be able to guide you through pitfalls in ayurveda due to commercialisation of ayurveda these days ,
Ayurveda no doubt is wonderful system but many in the system are corrupt like any other thing in the modern world ,but this does not mean all are fake u can find lot of good people in this field too,allopathy has paved the way for this because of their astronomical treatment charges.

Anyhow in my future posts i will telling about golden areas of ayurveda and areas where we can cooperate with other system and areas where ayurveda has not much to offer.
